Manifest Destiny is inspired by the lettering of the Jace Pearson of the Texas Rangers comic’s cover (Dell, 1952-56). Designed in 2004, during the American national elections, Manifest Destiny wants to symbolize the backwards-thinking George W. Bush’s vision. A good opportunity to draw a cowboy typeface, isn’t it?
